Directions
for using the Stamp
Alignment Tool.
1. Stamp
the first fence onto your card. (Fig. 1)
2.
Line up the "L" Square with the upper left corner of the
acrylic plate. Stamp the fence image onto the plate with
the edges of the wood mount touching the upper and left
portions of the "L" square's corner. (Fig. 2)
3.
Set aside the "L" square. Position the acrylic plate so
the image is exactly where you want it to be placed. Now,
place the "L" square back into position. (Fig. 3)

4.
Carefully
hold the "L" square in place and remove the acrylic plate.
Stamp the second fence image in place on the card, lining
up the wood mount with the corner of the "L" square as before.
(Fig. 4) Keep the "L" square in place until you are sure
that your image is well stamped. If it is not, stamp it
again.

This
tool can be very effectively used to center word or phrase
stamps. Stamp an image carefully onto all 4 corners of the
acrylic plate, (Fig. 5) and then use the technique above
to place the images exactly where you want hem.
The
acrylic plate is easy to clean. Just wipe it with a damp
cloth or hold under running water. Alcohol is necessary
to clean off Memories ink which has dried on the plate.
