INDOOR
METHOD
Mix a squirt of dish detergent with water in a
large shallow pan.
Color the water by adding water-base paint, food color,
leftover Easter egg dye, Rit dye.or best of all, ink from
your dye-based re-inkers. Use a different pan for each color.

Blow
bubbles on the surface of the water using a drinking straw.

Pass
your paper through the colored bubbles.
-
Use
one color or many colors per paper.
-
Use
different weights and textures of paper.
-
Set
aside the papers to dry. Carefully iron if wrinkled.
OUTDOOR
METHOD
- on a calm day
Use store bought bubbles or mix your own using 1/2 cup
dish detergent, 1-1/2 cup water, 1 Tbsp. light corn syrup.

Divide
bubble solution into 4 or more containers. Add color to
each one by adding one of the above mentioned dye based
colors.

Lay
out newspaper on your driveway and place as many sheets
as possible on it.

Blow
bubbles with a bubble wand, allowing them to land and
pop on the papers. Stand to the side to avoid drip marks
on the paper. Use one or many colors.

Set
aside to dry, Iron if needed.
