Buying
unmounted stamp dies and mounting them on your own is becoming very
popular. We are offering wood mounts for purchase by the foot! This
moulding is the same quality wood mounts our stamps are mounted
on. Unfinished Hard Maple Wood Strips with groove.
Note: Cutting services are no longer available for wood strips.
You will need to have the ability
to cut the wood strips yourself.

When
you purchase our mounted art stamps, they are mounted with
black foam mounting cushion. This is what allows the stamp
to "give" as you press it onto your paper, and is necessary
for even, consistent printing of the stamp image. It is sold
separately for your use in mounting unmounted stamps. A peel
and stick backing is easily removable from both sides of the
cushion, making it easy to use. |

Vinyl for Acrylic Mounts

Cling
vinyl is used to temporarily mount your stamp die to an acrylic
mounting block. After pressing the rubber die onto foam mounting
cushion, remove the remaining backing from the mounting cushion
and press onto cling vinyl. Cut the rubber, foam cushion and vinyl
together at the same time to the shape of the rubber stamp dies'
design. Leave the vinyl in place permanently. Simply press the stamp
die onto an acrylic block for a temporary, removable mount.
