How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

The Victorian Sleigh and Let It Snow make a frosty winter scene when stamped on vellum with white pigment ink and heat embossed with white powder. Use the vellum piece for an overlay. Cover the front of the card with snowflake background paper or stamp random snowflakes onto a dark blue card and emboss with white powder so that they will show through the vellum overlay.
