Art-Stamp
Designs Used:
Stamp on acetate with Versamark ink. Emboss image with Cobalt Blue powder.
Use stardust and waterfall glitter glue applied to the back of the acetate.
Allow to dry. Once dry, use wonder tape to adhere to white index layer. Tear white index edges. Layer on card using mulberry paper.
