How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Stamp the penguin on white cardstock, color in with watercolor pencils and cut out the image. Cut layers of cardstock, mounting them with brads or double stick tape. Stamp the snowflake on some of the layers using a watermarking ink. Mount some of the layers at angles, and cut off any overhanging paper. Mount penguin on top.
