How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Cut white cardstock panel 5” x 3.75”. Emboss snowflakes randomly all over white layer. Rub background lightly with glimmer chalk and cotton ball. in swirl or circular motion to create background. Cut a 1-inch strip of blue cardstock. Stamp and emboss part of the snowflake design across strip. Stamp and emboss phrase on blue strip. Attach white panel to blue greeting card. Attach blue strip with brads.
