How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Stamp image in black ink on white cardstock. Color with glitter glue and liquid pearls. Allow to dry. When dry layer onto green foilboard, then onto red foilboard. Attach to a large birch card with double stick tape.
