How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Stamp polar bear on acetate in black Memories ink. Lightly heat set. Flip over and color in using glitter glue. Set aside and allow to dry. Meanwhile, on a white panel of cardstock, stamp snowflakes randomly to create an all over background. Attach acetate to oval card with wonder tape. Attach snowflake panel behind the acetate layer with wonder tape.
