Designs Used:
Stamp santa in black ink on white cardstock. Color in with watercolor pencils and blend color with water brush. Color white areas of hat and cuffs with white opal liquid pearls. Use glitter glue for background. Cut around corners of design, layer onto red cardstock; tear. Attach the red cardstock onto a black greeting card with snowflake eyelets.
