Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Cut 3.75” x 5” panel. Stamp design in black ink. Color in with watercolor pencils, then blend with a water brush. Use frosted lace glitter glue for snow and yellow glitter glue for lamp. Use diamond glaze on snowman. Attach panel to a greeting card
