Designs Used:
Stamp the cardinal on white cardstock, color in with markers and cut out the image.
Cut a layer of cardstock, mounting it to
the card with brads. Mount the layer at an angle, and cut off any overhanging paper. Stamp the phrase on the layer.
Mount cardinal cut out on the top.
Accent the ribbon on the package using glitter glue.
