How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Background was stamped in pink and turquoise dye ink on a white matte card. Gift Box was stamped in black ink and then colored in with Marvy markers. It was then cut out and mounted over background with foam mounting tabs. Balloons were stamped in assorted dye ink colors. Some were glued flat onto the card and some were mounted with foam mounting tabs. Background was cut with deckle paper edgers and then mounted onto a blue recycled card.
