Layer
1 is a burgundy base card with a smaller oval opening. A plain
white panel is glued to the inside of the card.
Layer 2 is a white panel with a larger oval opening. The graduation
borders and the grad cap corners are stamped in place on the
white panel with black ink. The grad cap is stamped on black
velour paper, heat embossed with white powder, and glued into
inside of card, leaving the tassel portion free. Class of
and 98 are stamped in black ink.
