Prepare
a piece of white matte by spraying it with water, then dabbing
and scribbling with a blue Marvy marker. Use heat tool to
dry. Stamp the images in black ink and heat set them. Color
in with marvy markers. Mount on the inside of card with an
oval shape cut out of the center of the card.
