Layering techniques were used in this example. First, the daisy design was stamped on a piece of evergreen mulberry paper with embossing ink and heat embossed in gold powder. The design was colored in with decorating chalks. Next, the mulberry paper was torn and glued onto a piece of white index. The white index was cut in a circular shape with paper edgers, following the outline of the design. Lastly, the index was glued onto a dark green greeting card.
