How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

Cut out a heart from a mauve recycled card. Stamp the Tulips onto a white card with black Memories ink. Color with chalk, watercolor pencils and markers, blended with a blender pen. Highlight with glitter glue. Mount the mauve heart panel over the image, cutting along the top edges of the top two flowers which will protrude above the frame.
