Stamp the background on white matte card with blue ink. Swirl chalk colors over the entire surface using a cosmetic spong. On a separate scrap of white matte, stamp the swallowtail butterfly with blue ink. Color with chalk. Cut out butterfly and mount it over the background. Apply glitter glue to the edges of the main butterfly’s wings. Spray lightly with spray fixative to seal chalk.
