Stamp the dragonfly design onto a sheet of cork. Add highlighting to the dragonfly using metallic rub ons. Cut a around the image to create a rectangle layer. Layer onto green, then tan, then black cardstock. Set aside. Stamp the cattail image on tan cardstock repeatedly to create a background. Mount onto a black greeting card. Complete the card by mounting the dragonfly layer onto the greeting card layer.
