Cut a panel 4” x 5-1/4” out of white cardstock. Stamp circles border two times on top and bottom of white index panel using blue ink pad. Attach stamped panel to purple card with tape or glue. Cut a strip of blue cardstock 1” x 4-1/4” and attach to center of card. Cut another strip 3/4” x 4-1/4” out of white cardstock. Ink phrase portion of butterfly stamp and stamp onto center of white strip in blue ink. Attach stamped phrase strip to card with brads centering over blue strip. Stamp butterfly portion of stamp in blue ink and purple on white cardstock. Color butterflies with pencils blending colors with a water brush and allow to dry. Cut butterflies out and attach to card with tape and mounting tabs. Apply diamond glaze to butterflies. Add stickles glitter glue to circles border and allow to dry.
