Cut a strip of dark blue stardream paper 1” x 4-1/4”. Attach strip to white card with brads. Cut another strip out of light blue stardream paper 5” x 2-1/4”. Attach strip to left side of card layering over dark blue stardream strip. Cut a piece of white card 4-3/4” x 1 3/4 and attach over light blue stardream paper. Cut a square out of dark blue stardream paper 2-3/4” x 2-3/4” and attach to center of card over all previous layers. Cut a piece of white cardstock 2-1/2” x 2-1/2”. Stamp flowers on white square using blue and green ink pads. Rub edges of stamped square with blue ink pad and a sponge or cotton ball. Attach stamped square centering over stardream blue square with tape or glue. Stamp phase in right corner of card using blue ink pad.
