Stamp Happy Birthday on bottom of white index card in green ink. Cut a piece of dark green cardstock 4-1/2” x 4”. Attach to top of white index card centering over phrase. Cut a panel out of white index paper slightly smaller than the dark green panel. Using a scallop template trace and cut out scallop on bottom edge of white panel. Stamp flourish across white index panel in green ink. Rub over flourishes with same green ink and a cotton ball. Attach stamped flourish panel over dark green panel with tape or glue. Stamp monkey in black ink on white index paper. Color with watercolor pencils and blend colors with a waterbrush. Trace circle around edge of monkey and cut out. Rub edges of circle with green ink and a cotton ball. Trace another circle out of dark green cardstock slightly larger than the first and cut out. Attach both circles together. Cut a square panel out of white index cardstock 3-1/4” x 3-1/4”. Rub edges of square with green ink and a cotton ball. Use a dark green marker to give a dark out line around edge of square. Attach both circles to square layer and mount on card over flourish layer with brads. Apply stardust glitter glue to flourishes.
