Cut a panel out of white index cardstock 3-3/4” x 5”. Stamp circles background in VersaMark watermark ink on panel and emboss with red embossing powder. Attach embossed panel to red card with tape or glue. Cut a strip of black paper 1/2” x 4-1/4”. Mount black strip across center of card with brads. Stamp ornament and verse design on white index paper in black ink. Trim edges close to design in a square shape. Layer onto black cardstock. Trim edges leaving a border.
Attach to red stardream paper and trim edges leaving another border. Mount all layers using wonder tape to attach to embossed circle panel centering over black strip.
For a 3-D Effect:
Stamp ornament 3 more times. Cut out all three ornaments, discard phrase. Color all ornaments with red marker. Fold the three ornaments cutouts directly in half. Take two of the ornaments and apply tape or glue to the right side of one and the left side of the other. Mount over the top of the ornament image on your card. Apply tape or glue to remaining ornament and position carefully over the other two creating a 3-D ornament effect. |
