Cut a strip of white index paper 2” x 4-1/4”. Stamp swirl randomly all over with blue ink. Attach strip to left side of light blue card with tape or glue. Stamp skate pond on white index paper in black ink. Color image with watercolor pencils blending colors with a waterbrush. Paint background and foreground around pond with pearlescent watercolor paints in white using a waterbrush and allow to dry. Trim edges around pond as close to design as possible. Layer pond onto stardream blue paper and trim edges. Attach both layers to card with brads. Stamp phrase in blue ink on right side of card below pond. Apply diamond glaze to pond and allow to dry.
