Cut a piece of birch cardstock 4-1/4” x 11”. Fold directly in half and score fold. Tear bottom edge of card off about 3/4” to 1” from bottom of card. Stamp phrase below torn edge in blue ink. Rub edges of card with cotton ball or sponge including torn edge. Stamp tree in blue ink in middle of card. Stamp the rest of the trees randomly off edges of card. Get a lighter effect by stamping first on scrap paper, then stamping onto card. Color bulbs on tree with markers. Sponge stardust glitter glue randomly over card and allow to dry.
