Stamp frame in blue ink on white index paper. Color edge of frame with light blue marker. Stamp frame again on copy paper cutting out inside of frame to use as a mask. Lay copy paper mask over stamped frame secure with tape if needed. Stamp snowman scene over top of mask in blue ink. Stamp phrase above trees on right side. Keep mask on frame and use color dusters to create sky with blue, pink,and purple ink. Add highlights to trees with pencils. Paint snow below trees with pearlescent watercolor paint in white using a waterbrush. Sponge glitter glue in stardust over sky and remove mask and allow glitter to dry. Once glitter is dry layer stamped frame onto white stardust paper. Trim edges and attach to light blue card with brads.
