Cut a light brown panel slightly smaller than your card. Stamp bottom half of panel with circles background in brown ink. Cut a strip of dark brown paper 1/2” x 5-1/2”. Attach strip to stamped panel above stamped circles trim edges if necessary. Layer panel to dark brown card.
Stamp pheasant on white index cardstock in black ink. Color bird with watercolor pencils and blend colors with a waterbrush. Use twinkling H2O paints or pearlescent watercolors with a waterbrush to add highlights to birds. Trace circle around birds and cut out. Layer birds onto stardream metallic paper twice using two different colors, trimming in between layers. Attach all layers to card with tape or glue. Add brads to edge of card. Apply white liquid pearls to pheasant and allow to dry. |
