Cut panel out of white index cardstock 4" x 5-1/4". Draw stripes on white panel with brown and red markers. Stamp flourish on top of panel in brown ink. Attach panel to brown card. Cut a strip of brown paper 1-1/4" x 4-1/4". Attach to bottom of card over stripes.
Cut a strip of white index cardstock 1-1/4" x 4-1/4".
Stamp phrase in red ink on right side of strip.
Stamp flourish randomly on left side of strip. Mount over brown strip with brads.
Stamp truck on white index cardstock in black ink and color with markers and pencils. Trim edges around truck and layer onto brown paper leaving a 1/4" border around design. Attach truck to card with tape or glue.
Apply diamond glaze to truck windows and allow to dry.
