Cut a strip of white cardstock 2-1/2" x 4-1/4". Stamp flourish randomly all over strip in blue ink. Use a sponge and rub lightly all over strip to create aged background. Attach stamped strip to piece of blue paper 2-3/4" x 4-1/4". Mount both strips to blue card on left side with brads.
Stamp truck on white index cardstock in black ink. Color truck with markers and colored pencils. Trim edges around truck and rub edges with blue pad. Layer truck onto blue cardstock then onto dark blue paper. Attach truck to card on right side with tape or glue. Stamp phrase below truck.
Apply diamond glaze to truck
windows and headlights and allow to dry.
