Stamp moon and stars design three times (on 3 shades of aspire petallic paper) in black palette ink. Heat set ink with heat tool or hair dryer.
Stamp another moon and stars image in black ink on stardust white cardstock and cut out.

Create back layering by tearing edges of aspire petallic paper panel and attach to aqua card.
Attach stardust white cardstock with stamped moon design over torn paper on top of card. Stamp phrase on bottom of card in blue palette ink. (heat set if nessessary).

Cut out moon portion from one of the aspire papers and attach to card over stamped image.
Cut out stars portions from two different shades and attach over stamped image as desired.
