Stamp flip flops on white circle in brown ink. Color flip flops with watercolor pencils. Blend colors with a waterbrush. Apply brads to center of flowers on flip flops. Attach stamped flip flop circle to brown scallop circle.
Stamp green square and green rectangle layer with vine swirl background stamp in brown ink. Attach green stamped layer to top of white card with brads. Layer flip flops over top of stamped layer.
Stamp phrase in brown ink on white rectangle layer. Attach phrase to stamped green rectangle layer and mount on bottom of card below flip flops. Add glitter glue to flowers on flip flops and allow to dry.
