Stamp and emboss bird in copper embossing powder. Color bird with Twinkling H2O paints and a waterbrush. Cut bird out.

Cut a panel out of blue paper 3-3/4" x 5". Stamp flourish design in blue randomly all over panel. Stamp "Happy Holidays" in brown ink. Attach panel to dark brown card.

Cut a 1" x 4-1/4" strip of brown paper. Attach strip to center of card. Cut a 1/2" x 4-1/4" strip of blue paper. Mount blue strip on top of brown strip with brads. Attach bird to top of card.
