Stamp flourish all over white panel in red ink.
Attach stamped panel to a green card.
Cut a strip of green paper to layer over middle of
stamped panel and attach with brads.
Cut another strip of light green paper and layer over top of green strip.
Stamp snowman in black ink on white paper.
Color snowman with Markers.
Trace circle around snowman and cut out.
Trace another circle out of red paper slightly larger than the first.
Attach both circles together and mount on
card using tape or glue. |
