Cut a piece of white cardstock slightly smaller than your card. Stamp outline squares all over card in brown ink. Use watercolor pencils to accent squares and blend colors with a water brush.
Stamp phrase in brown ink. Attach stamped panel to brown card with brads. Stamp tulips on white cardstock in black ink. Color tulips with watercolor pencils and blend colors with a water brush. Trace oval around tulips and cut out. Attach tulips onto brown cardstock and trace another oval around edge and cut out. Layer tulip oval over stamped outline squares and attach. Add diamond glaze to flowers and allow to dry.
