Stamp girl with umbrella on piece white cardstock. Color girl with watercolor pencils and blend colors with a waterbrush. Trace circle around umbrella girl and cut out. Layer onto pink petallic paper and trace another circle and cut out. Attach a strip of green petallic paper below circle just slightly smaller than your circle. Mount both pieces to a white card. Cut a 1"x 5-1/2" piece strip of cream petallic paper. Attach to right side of card. Cut a 1/2" x 5-1/2" strip of green petallic paper. Attach over cream strip with brads. Stamp phrase above circle in pink ink. Apply glitter glue to rain drops, boots and shirt.
