Cut a panel out of kraft paper 3-3/4” x 5”.
Stamp bottom of panel with birthday background with Kaleidacolor Autumn Leaves stamp pad.
Attach panel to driftwood card with brads.
Cut a strip of deep red cardstock 1/2” x 4-1/4”.
Attach strip to middle of card just above stamped background. Stamp car in black ink on white cardstock and carefully cut out. Color with watercolor pencils and blend colors with a waterbrush. Attach car to red strip with mounting tabs. Add frosted lace glitter glue to smoke and allow to dry.
