Cut the following cardstock layers:
- Light Blue Layer 4-1/8” x 2”
- White Panel 4-1/4” x 2-1/4”
- White Strip 1/2” x 5-1/2”
- Mottled Mist Blue Layer 3-3/4” x 5”
- Dark Blue Greeting Card
Stamp polar bears and emboss with black embossing powder. Color in with twinkling H2Os and a waterbrush. Cut out polar bears and attach to light blue layer. Attach light blue layer to white layer. Create background using Mottled Mist Technique and matte paper. Attach panel to dark blue card. Stamp “Warm Winter Wishes” in blue ink on white strip. Layer verse on bottom and attach with snowflake brads. Attach bear layer.
