Use Simple Oval: Cardstock Layer Pack
or cut cardstock in the following sizes:
- Stardust White Oval 2-3/4” x 4”
- Dark Blue Oval 3” x 4-3/8”
- Marble Vellum Oval 3-3/8” x 4-7/8”
- Light Blue Panel 3-3/4” x 4-7/8”
- Stardust White Greeting Card
Polar Bear Layer: Stamp polar bear in black ink on white oval. Rub edges of oval with cotton ball using blue ink. Paint polar bear with Twinkling H20s and a water brush. Color light strands with a green colored pencil. Color lights with stickles glitter glue and allow to dry.
