Stamp lilacs in black memories ink. Color lilacs with purple and green watercolor pencils and blend with water brush.
Use an oval template and trace oval over top of lilac. Cut out oval, trimming around parts of design that hang over edges. Erase pencil lines. Cut another oval just a little larger than oval with design out of dark purple paper. Layer lilac oval onto dark purple oval. Attach oval layer to top half of light purple card leaving enough room on bottom for phrase.
Cut birch strip 3/4 x 4-1/4. Stamp verse. Layer birch strip with stamped verse onto dark purple cardstock trimming edge leaving a slight border on top and bottom Attach to card with light purple brads.
