Cut white panel 3 x 3-3/4. Stamp dog on bottom of panel in black ink. Stamp dragonflies randomly around dog. Color dog with watercolor pencils and waterbrush. Layer white panel onto dark purple cardstock leaving an 1/8 inch border around design. Attach both pieces with tape or glue to light aqua card stock near the top leaving room for phrase.
Carefully ink phrase and stamp below dog. Color top line of verse with pencils. Use stickles glitter glue on dragonfly tails.
