How this Card was Made:
Art-Stamp Designs Used:

On birch panel 3-3/4 x 5 stamp tulip design in black memories ink on bottom half of card. Stamp the many thanks phrase in french lilac palette ink.

Color flowers with colored pencils or watercolor pencils. Attach the tulip panel to light yellow card with tape or glue. Use diamond glaze on flowers and allow to dry.
